Apple Aphids


The Apple tree I bought from Tractor Supply is experiencing an infestations issue. I think the tree has aphids. I've been treating it with some bake soda, water, cutting the areas with infestation and squishing them with my hand.  I've noticed they are present in areas with new growth and around the fruit on the tree. I am new to growing an apple tree. If you have some advice on what to do about the aphids please comment below.

Apple tree from seed

This is the apple tree I bag germinated then planted inside a pot from an old rose bush. It has been in the pot for about 1 month. I know everyone says "You aren't suppose to grow fruit tree from seed." My retort is "How do you think you able to graft an apple to another root stock? Somebody had to grow it from seed."
