Heavenly Delight Garden

My husband decide to get ducks so we are raising ducks. I have little to knowledge on ducks. But I am going to document everything I am doing for them. I live in Georgia, we have pretty warm winters compared to the north. I don’t have a steel tub. I am keeping them in a dog cage with a warming light and wood shavings. My husband bought chicken feed and they eat grass outside too. They love cleaning themselves but they stink up the cage doing it. I change their cage every day If you know good way of killing the smell aside from cleaning the cage let me know.

I lost this bag 2 weeks ago. My husband found the bag with this much growth. Apparently you can grow plants without soil.

Harvested radish I left some in the ground because they was ready. They been in the ground for about a month but some may have been stunted because I planted in January during winter.

We gain this much growth.......  Then an unexpected  freeze did this..... Once I clipped all the brown leaves. This happened I clipped all the brown leaves off after the unexpected freeze. The leaves are growing back greener and so much new growth.

This is my first year growing apples. Some people were saying those flower buds. I am convinced they are apples. I never seen a flower bud that fat with such a small opening. What do u think it is? Comment below

I’m transplanting some banana peppers plants. I normally use a fertilizer like crop master after planting the plant. However, you can use any fertilizer. Sorry about dropping the camera and bad audio but I was recording off my phone  Instagram: Renee_Android

I’ve been behind in my homework and gardening. When I opened up the napkin containing squash seeds, I had squash plants. Talk about growth, God is amazing!😍😍

Squash Okra 

 I live in the state of Georgia where most our weather is random ass fuck (excuse my French 🤪🤪). Last week, we were having 80 and 90 degree fahnheit weather. I was elated thinking our cold weather had passed. Even the farmers almanac stated our last frosted was in February. Unfortunately, Mother Nature had other plans. This week, it’s suppose to be below 40 degrees this entire week with wind chill of 27 degrees. I know northerners are like 🤣😂 that’s our spring and bless their little heart for braving those below 12 degree weather, shoveling snow and icicle pee. I can’t do it. Southerner thru and thru sunny, humid south. Potatoes are cool weather crops. However, they are just like southerners any thing below 40 stress us out. 🤣🤣 BEFORE THE FROST PHOTO

 How do you grow a plant quickly? This is a question I hear often. Let me address this question. The pictures are all cantaloupe sprouts  I didn’t start the in the soil. I got the cantaloupe seeds and did bag germination.  Bag Germination is a process in which you use sandwich bags and a napkin to germinate seeds. Frankly, it’s id the best way to start a seed before putting them in soil. To bag germinate seeds, you just need dampen the napkin. Note: Do not soak the napkin. Too much wetness rot the seed. Next step is lay your seeds out on the napkin. Than fold it until it’s small enough to put in the sandwich bag. Then store the bag somewhere warm. What about the sun or it getting light? Because it is just a seed it doesn’t need the light. If the seed was in soil it would he get much light. Bag germination is great beginner growers.
