Blueberries a fun treat

Blueberries are indeed a great treat. It is full antioxidants, which are great for your heart health, fighting off some forms of cancer, boosting your immune system, the list goes on and on. It protects against aging, lowers blood pressure and makes a very good low calorie snack. Recently, I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes by my doctor. I've been working on turning it all around with a restricted diet (no starches, high fructose corn syrup or sugar) Just been eating meats, veggies, some fruits. Apple tree from seed

This is the apple tree I bag germinated then planted inside a pot from an old rose bush. It has been in the pot for about 1 month. I know everyone says "You aren't suppose to grow fruit tree from seed." My retort is "How do you think you able to graft an apple to another root stock? Somebody had to grow it from seed." It is an experiment to see if I would get Apples of any variety from this tree. I would continue to post about this apple tree from time to time.

Apple Aphids

The Apple tree I bought from Tractor Supply is experiencing an infestations issue. I think the tree has aphids. I've been treating it with some bake soda, water, cutting the areas with infestation and squishing them with my hand.  I've noticed they are present in areas with new growth and around the fruit on the tree. I am new to growing an apple tree. If you have some advice on what to do about the aphids please comment below.

Growing plants without soil

I lost this bag 2 weeks ago. My husband found the bag with this much growth. Apparently you can grow plants without soil.

Radish harvest

Harvested radish I left some in the ground because they was ready. They been in the ground for about a month but some may have been stunted because I planted in January during winter.
